分光光度法测定破布叶中总黄酮

摘    要:利用分光光度法测定了破布叶的叶、茎、果中的总黄酮含量,结果表明,破布叶叶、茎、果中的总黄酮质量分数分别为16.94%、5.15%和1.52%。回归方程为A=11.4486C-0.00543,r=0.9996。叶、茎、果的平均加标回收率分别为102.3%、97.6%和92.6%,RSD依次为1.01%、1.94%和2.76%(n=5)。本法操作简便、可行、重现性好。

Abstract:The total flavonoids in leaf, stem and fruit of Microcos Paniculata L were determined by spectrophotometry at 500 nm. The linear regression equation is A =11.448 6C - 0.00543, r = 0.9996. Results was 16.94% in leaf, the average recovery was 102.3%, RSD=1.82% (n=5); 5.15% in stem, the average recovery was 98.4 %, RSD =1.95%(n = 5); and 1.52 % in fruit, the average recovery was 94.0 %, RSD = 2.55 %(n = 5). The method is simple, reproducible and practicable for the determination of total flavones.
