| 摘 要： | 根据流程工业计算机集成过程系统（CIPS）理论，在分析制浆造纸工业的特点的基础上，提出了一种新的造纸工业的CIPS三维体系结构，并设计了基于SIMATIC PCS7的造纸厂CIPS方案，即以设备综合控制为核心的过程控制系统（PCS）、以财务分析／决策为核心的经营计划系统（ERP）和以优化管理、优化运行为核心的制造实行系统（MES）。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the technological process industry computer integrated process system (CIPS) theory and on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of pulp and paper industry,a new three-dimensional structure of CIPS in paper industry is put forward,i.e. a process control system(PCS)with the equipment complete control at core,an operation planning system(ERP)with financial analysis/policy-making at core and a manufacture execution system(MES)with optimization operation at core. A paper mill CIPS plan is devised based on the SIMATIC PCS7,i.e. a headquarter level decision-making management,a division level integrated management and a process control level management. |
