K_2O对R_2O-CaO-SiO_2-F微晶玻璃析晶的影响

摘    要:R2O-CaO-SiO2-F系统微晶玻璃的析晶过程较为复杂,析出晶体种类繁多。为得到预期的晶相,获得最佳性能,需要对整个析晶过程进行合理控制。因此采用DTA、XRD、SEM等测试分析方法,研究K2O引入量对R2O-CaO-SiO2-F系统微晶玻璃的析晶温度、主晶相、晶体含量以及微观形貌的影响。研究结果表明:随着K2O引入量的增加,玻璃转变点温度降低,而最大析晶峰温度升高。当K2O引入量为质量分数5%左右时,微晶玻璃的主晶相为颗粒状的氟化钙和柱状的硬硅钙石,晶体含量为15%。当氧化钾质量由6%增加到8%时,微晶玻璃主要析出放射状a-硅碱钙石,次晶相为少量的氟化钙,晶体含量增大到40%。
