摘    要:以铅膏和硫酸铅为原料,在柠檬酸—柠檬酸钠浸出体系中制备类似柠檬酸铅的前驱体,用TG-DSC分析其热分解行为,用SEM及EDS对煅烧前后物质的形貌及成分进行表征。结果表明,铅膏和硫酸铅制备的柠檬酸铅完全分解温度分别为420℃和370℃,两者均呈鳞片状,煅烧后前者的产物发生了团聚,后者呈较大的颗粒状。煅烧后的产物主要含有铅和氧两种元素。

Abstract:With lead paste and lead sulfate as raw materials,the precursors similar to lead citrate were prepared with the leaching system of citric acid and sodium citrate.TG-DSC was applied to analyze the thermal decomposition behavior of the precursor.The morphology,size and composition prior to and after calcinations were characterized by means of SEM and EDS.The results show that the lead citrate from lead paste is completely decomposed at 420 ℃.The total decomposition temperature of the lead citrate from lead sulfate is 370 ℃,and both lead citrates have scaly structures.Agglomerate occurs in the former calcined products,while the products of the later are of large particles.The products after calcination mainly contain lead and oxygen.
