葡萄籽白藜芦醇的纯化及体外抗氧化功能的研究

摘    要:选用葡萄酿酒下脚料—葡萄籽为原料,乙醇为提取溶剂,对原料进行提取后纯化粗提液中的白藜芦醇,测定其体外抗氧化活性。比较了大孔树脂法及双水相萃取法对白藜芦醇的纯化效果,并以DPPH法研究该纯化产品的体外抗氧化活性。通过不同树脂对于白藜芦醇吸附率及解吸率的比较,不同浓度乙醇洗脱率的比较,得出:选用AB-8大孔树脂,乙醇洗脱浓度90%。在此最佳洗脱条件下对白藜芦醇的粗品进行动态吸附和洗脱,得到纯化产品,纯度达到11.8%。对最终产物进行DPPH体外抗氧化活性作用试验,发现随着浓度的增大,白藜芦醇对于DPPH的清除率也随之提高,浓度为15μg/mL的样品的清除率可达到60.98%。
