| 摘 要： | 信息资产正成为企业和社会越来越重要的资产和财富,建立科学的信息资产评估、计量和管理体系是加强企业资产管理、优化资源配置的基础.从梳理信息、信息资源和信息资产的概念出发,对信息资产的分类、特征、评估和计量进行了系统的分析,并提出新时期加强信息资产管理的思路和建议.
