空间异形大尺寸构件的安装与测量控制

摘    要:在冶金建设施工中,炼铁厂高炉主皮带通廊三支腿固定支架安装具有超高、超重的特点,属于空间异形结构。该结构在物料运输系统中具有纵向稳定性的作用,在施工中对其安装质量要求高、测量控制精度高。安装过程中,通过计算机的精确放样确定该构件的空间位置;并通过改变传统安装方法,使该吊装技术在工程成本管理、进度管理、质量和安全管理方面达到显著效果,同时为企业创造较好的经济效益。

Abstract:In the course of metallurgical construction, installation of tripod fixed bracket for main belt propylaea for blast furnace of iron-making plant is characterized by superelevation and overweight, tripod fixed bracket is space shaped structure. Tripod fixed bracket plays a role in vertical stability in material conveying system; it has high requirement of installation quality and high precision of convey control in the construction. It described the fact that precision lofting by using computer determines space location of structure in the course of installation, its lifting and installation technique has achieved an outstanding result by changing traditional installation method in project cost management, progress management, quality and safety management.
