石蜡/氧化石墨烯复合相变材料的制备及其热物理性能

摘    要:采用液相组装法制备了石蜡插层氧化石墨烯复合相变材料。采用SEM、FT-IR、XRD、TG-DSC等手段分析测试了相变材料的微观结构及热物理性能,考察了氧化石墨烯的加入对石蜡的相变潜热、相变温度等热物性的影响。研究结果表明,经石蜡插层氧化石墨烯能明显地改善复合相变材料的导热性能,石蜡/氧化石墨烯相比于石蜡的相变潜热增加、相变温度有所升高,且储/放热时间比石蜡减少。石蜡质量分数为40%的复合材料的相变温度为62.6℃、相变潜热为179.2J/g。

Abstract:Paraffin was intercalated in the nanolayers of graphene oxide to prepare phase changing composite paraffin/graphene oxide for heat storage by liquid assembly method.The structure and thermal properties of composite material were characterized by SEM,FT-IR,XRD and TG-DSC.Influences of addition of graphene oxide on thermal properties,such as phase change latent heat,temperature,and thermal conductivity of paraffin/graphene oxide were investigated.Results showed that the adding of graphene oxide to paraffin could increase latent heat and phase change temperature slightly.Moreover,tested results of heat storage and release indicated that the time of thermal energy storage and release of the composite decreased respectively,as compared with that of paraffin,and increased thermal conductivity.This composite containing 40% of paraffin had a melting temperature of 62.6 ℃ and latent heat of 179.2 J/g.
