石油焦制备高比表面积活性炭中试研究

摘    要:以石油焦为原料、KOH为主要活化剂采用化学活化法制高比表面积活性炭完成了小试规模20倍的中试放大试验。中试最佳工艺条件:活化温度800℃,活化时间50min,m(活化剂)∶m(石油焦)=4∶1,制得比表面积大于3 000m2/g的高比表面积活性炭,并做了节能条件试验考察及系列产品开发。

Abstract:The high surface area activated carbons were made by using petroleum coke as raw material and KOH as main activator.Pilot scale test was magnified 20 times that of laboratory test.The best operation parameters were obtained as follows: the ratio of alkali to carbon was 4∶1,the activating temperature was 800 ℃,the activating time was 50 min and its specific surface area was greater than 3 000 m2/g.The relevant energy saving tests and series product developments were conducted as well.
