含氨基磁性高分子微球的制备与表征

摘    要:报道了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯-二苯乙烯磁性高分子微球的制备与表征。采用共沉淀法制备了磁流体,并进行了双层表面活性剂改性。以改性后的Fe3O4磁流体为核心,通过开环反应、共聚等方法制备了含有氨基的磁性微球。通过扫描电镜观察磁性微球的形貌。微球的热重分析可以表明磁性微球具有较好的热稳定性。红外光谱测试说明微球表面含有氨基基团。X射线对Fe3O4及磁性微球分别表征,证明Fe3O4结构没有变化。

Abstract:The preparation and characterization of P(MMA-GMA-DVB) magnetic polymer microsphere were reported.Magnetic fluid was prepared by using co-precipitation,and double-surfactant modification was further implemented.With modified Fe3O4 magnetic fluid as the core,the magnetic polymer microsphere was prepared through co-polymerization and ring-opening reactions,followed by chemical co-precipitation.The morphology of magnetic microspheres could be observed by SEM.Thermal stability of magnetic microsphere was testified by Thermal gravity analysis(TG-DTA).The surface of microspheres containing amino groups was proved by infra-red spectrum test(FT-IR).Fe3O4 and magnetic microspheres were characterized by means of X-ray(XRD),and the results showed that the structure of Fe3O4 had no change.
