摘    要:按照GB/T 22389-2008、GB/T 25083-2010有关直流避雷器标准中相应条款的要求,建立了一套直流系统用复合外套避雷器耐电痕化和蚀损试验设备。选定了5个典型产品作为研究样品,进行了一系列耐电痕化和蚀损试验,并对试验程序和方法进行了深入分析和研究。在比较GB/T 22389-2008、GB/T 25083-2010、GB 11032-2010和IEC60099-9:2012(CD)试验项目异同的基础上,建议我国应采纳IEC标准的名称和试验方法,对GB/T 22389-2008、GB/T25083-2010中的耐电痕化和蚀损试验项目进行修订,以满足我国特高压直流建设发展中对避雷器试验和检验的技术需求。

Abstract:A set of test equipment of resistance to tracking and erosion of polymer-housed metal oxide surge arresters for DC systems was established according to the requirements of corresponding clauses of related DC surge arresters in standard GB/T 22389-2008 and GB/T 25083-2010.Five typical products were selected as test samples and a series of tests of resistance to tracking and erosion were performed.Test procedures and methods were analyzed and researched in-depth.It is suggested that the name and test method in IEC standards should be adopted in national standards based on the comparison of similarities and differences in this test item among GB/T 22389-2008,GB/T 25083-2010,GB 11032-2010 and IEC 60099-9:2012(CD).The test items of resistance to tracking and erosion in GB/ T 22389-2008 and GB/T 25083-2010 should be revised to meet the technical requirements of surge arresters test and inspection in China UHVDC development and construction.
