特高压支柱瓷绝缘子弯曲强度可靠性分析

摘    要:特高压工程在电气、机械和运行可靠性方面对支柱绝缘子提出了更高的技术要求。从统计学角度提出产品强度设计与配合方面的一些新思路,分析了常规设计方法与笔者推荐的设计思路下瓷支柱绝缘子弯曲负荷试验时的损伤概率,提出:提高特高压瓷支柱绝缘子可靠性的关键是降低瓷材料的分散性;元件设计时,若瓷材料由于工艺等原因的限制分散性较大,可通过提高法兰和水泥胶装结构的强度提高元件可靠性;整柱设计时,非等裕度强度配合可以有效提高瓷支柱绝缘子的可靠性。

Abstract:Higher technical requirement is demanded on electric reliability,mechanical reliability and operation reliability of post porcelain insulator for UHV.The new ideas about strength design and insulation coordination in statistical terms is proposed and the damage probability of post porcelain insulator designed with normal way and recommended method in bending test is analyzed.It is proposed that decreasing the dispersibility of porcelain is key to improve the reliability of post porcelain insulator;increasing the strength of flange and cementing can improve the reliability of insulator units when porcelain's dispersibility is high;Un-equivalent margin strength coordination can improve the reliability of post porcelain insulator effectively in overall design.
