| 摘 要： | 通过研究尿素在高温下分解的氮溶解到灰铸铁中，改变铸铁石墨形态，强化基体组织，提高强度性能，试验结果表明，灰铸铁中溶解的氮量为０．０１８３％时，抗拉强度达到４００Ｎｍｍ＾２，硬度达到ＨＢ２６０。

| Abstract: | In this paper, it is studied that N distegrated from CO(NH 2) 2 in nigh temperature can dissolve in the grey cast iron, which changes the status of graphite of cast iron, strengthens the malix organizatior and inereases the intensive property. The experimental results show that the cent of N dissolution in the grey cast iron is 0.0183%, the tencile strength reaches to 400 N/mm 2 and the hardness to HB260. |
