| Abstract: | The effects of main salt, reducer, accelerator, pH value and temperature on the deposition rate of electroless nickel coating are studied by using composite complexing agent and with glycin as accelerator in acidic electroless nickel plating system. An optimum formula for medium-temperature acidic electroless nickel plating is determined. |
