减压蒸馏装置多级抽空器数值模拟

摘    要:利用ANSYS-CFX计算流体力学软件平台,建立了减压蒸馏炼油装置中多级蒸汽喷射抽空器气体喷射流场的三维物理模型,并采用Chen-Kim两方程湍流模型对其流场进行数值模拟。分析了多级蒸汽喷射抽空器热力参数和喉管面积比等结构参数对抽空器性能的影响。结果表明,工作压力降低会引起抽空器性能的急剧下降,而引射压力对抽空器性能影响不大;出口背压是影响喷射器能否正常工作的关键因素;喉管面积比是影响抽空器性能的重要结构参数。

Abstract:The steam jet flow field in the multi-stage evacuator of the vacuum pressure distilling apparatus was analyzed by using numerical simulation. The optimization of operating conditions and structural parameters could advance the operating efficiency of the multi-stage evacuator. The three dimension physical model in the software platform ANSYS-CFX and simulated the jet flow field in the evaeuator with the Chen-Kim turbulence model were pictured. The affection of energetic parameters and structural parameters to the efficiency of the multi-stage evacuator was ana- lyzed using simulation. The results showed that low working pressure could lead to sharp decline of performance and the suction pressure had little effect on the efficiency. The results also showed that the discharge pressure could determine whether the multi-stage evacuator could work or not and the throat area ratio was a very important sfructural parameter.
