摘    要:利用接枝共聚反应合成了对湿度敏感的高分子材料,基于该共聚物制成的电阻式湿度传感器在全湿量程范围内,阻抗值变化了3个数量级,响应时间小于5s。对元件的湿敏特性、电压特性,频率特性,温度特性以及交流特性进行了测试,对其敏感机理进行了分析。

Abstract:The copolymer sensitive to humidity is obtained by graft polymerization reaction. The resistance-type humidity sensor based on the copolymer material has been fabricated. The impedance of the humidity sensor forms three orders of magnitude when humidity changes from low to high,with the response time not excessing 5 second. We have also tested humidity sensing characteristic, voltage characteristic, frequency characteristic, temperature characteristic and altering current properties. The sensing mechanism has been discussed as well in this papre.
