| 摘 要： | 为了总结了长期以来电力企业信息化工程的经验和教训，文中给出了企业信息化工程组织、建设与应用模型，并且介绍了在电力信息化工程理论指导下组织、实施电力信息化工程的实践及取得的成果。进一步提出了从电的客观规律认识信息的客观规律和信息化工程闭环系统动力学原理的新理论，论述了阶段性、时效性、持久性企业信息化工程总体建设策略。

| Abstract: | In order to sum up the experience and lesson of a long application on power business information, The author offers a module of organizing, constructing and practicing the information of business, And introduces the practice of organizing and implementing the informational project of power, and the fruits we have got based upon the theory of informational project of power. Then bring forwards a new theory of knowing the objective law of information and aerodynamics theory of informational project closed - loop system, based on the objective law of electricity, and demonstrates the overall construction strategy of the periodic, timely and permanent informational project of business. |
