摘    要:文章以锦绣杜鹃花为原料,以黄酮提取率为衡量指标,选取乙醇浓度、液料比、超声时间、提取温度为考察因素,在单因素试验基础上运用U12(64)进行均匀设计试验,得出杜鹃花黄酮的优化提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为50%,液料比为120 mL·g-1,提取时间为60 min,提取温度为60℃。

Abstract:The research took Rhododendron pulchrum Sweet. Flowers as raw material and selected the ethanol concentration, liquid-solid ratio, and extraction time and extraction temperature as the key factors with flavonoids concentration as the evaluation index. Through single factor experiment and U12 (64) uniform design experiment, the optimization of flavonoids extraction technique from Rhododendron pulchrum Sweet. Flowers were determined. The result showed that the optimal conditions of extraction were obtained as follows;50 % of ethanol concentration, liquid-solid ratio of 120 mL.g-1, 60 min of extraction time, 60 ℃ of extraction temperature.
