摘    要:文章对影响黄芩甙提取工艺的影响因素进行探讨,讨论了浸泡方式、pH、酸沉温度、提取时间等因素对黄芩甙含量及收率的影响,得出了黄芩甙提取的适宜工艺条件是分两次浸泡,分别是60 min和30 min,酸沉pH为1.5,酸沉温度80℃,酸沉时间1 h,可得高纯度的黄芩甙。

Abstract:The paper introduced the affecting factors of extraction technology of baicalin. Discussed the impaction to the content and yield of baicalin, such as soak way, pH, acid sink temperature extracting time and separation methods. To get a suitable process condition of baicalin,that was ;boiled twice by alkaline, then adjusted pH value to 1.5 by hydrochloric acid. Kept temperature at 80 ℃ for 60 min. High purity baicalin can be extracted.
