摘    要:分析了引起井壁失稳的因素,介绍了防止井壁失稳的各种措施。泥页岩渗透水化对井壁失稳起决定性作用。要避免井眼失稳的发生,必须合理选择钻井液组分、钻井液处理方法,尤其是调节好钻井液的滤失量和矿化度。对各种失稳情况,应采取不同的措施加以防范。

Abstract:Influence factors leading to shale wellbore failure are analyzed. Permeation osmosis and hydration are key ones. Precautionary measures are also introduced. To sesure wellbore quality, formulation and treatments of drilling fluid should be optimized, especially filtration and salinity control. And different measures should be taken due to different problems.
