| 摘 要： | 在浅圆仓进行高水分稻谷储藏实验的基本操作程序为：新粮入仓一机械通风一压盖保冷环流熏蒸谷物冷却机械通风。实验结果表明将粮温控制在20℃A下是可行的，且费用低于为安全储藏而进行的烘干费用。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the possibility of storage high water rice by low temperature, and proves it by experiment. The result of the experiment shows that storage high water rice by low temperature can ensure the safe and fresh of the rice . |
