带负荷测试方法探讨

摘    要:指出设备在安装过程中可能存在的各种缺陷,如电流互感器一次侧的串并联错误、二次抽头接线错误等,并分析原因;分析有功功率、无功功率的正负与电压、电流的大小、方向之间的关系,计算电流互感器的实际变比来判断其接线是否正确;通过比较传统的相量六角图法及简易的功角关系法,建议在实际工作条件下,采用简易功角关系法进行带负荷测试,实践证明该方法操作简单,判断正确且危险性小。

Abstract:Various defects possibly existing in the installation of equipment are indicated with their reasons analyzed,which include series/parallel errors on primary side of current transformer,wrong wiring of secondary tap,etc.The relationship between positive/negative active/reactive power and magnitude,direction of voltage/current is analyzed,the actual transformation ratio of current transformer calculated to verify its wiring.Upon comparing traditional vector hexagonal graph method and simple power-angle relationship method,the use of simple power-angle relationship method is suggested for on-load test in the actual working conditions.It is testified in practice that the method is easy in operation,correct in judgment and quite safe.
