摘    要:综述次膦酸盐((R1R2POO)-nMn+)为基的阻燃剂阻燃的玻纤增强尼龙66(GRPA66)的全面性能。这种材料在加工性、机械性能、阻燃性、生烟性、电气性能、色泽及价格方面的综合水平可达到最佳。与溴锑系或红磷阻燃的GRPA66相比,具有性能、价格及环保优势。这种新型无卤阻燃GRPA66特别适用于制造注塑高压电子电气元件。

Abstract:The performances of flame-retarded glass-fiber reinforced nylon 66(GRPA66) containing a phosphinate based flame retardant were reviewed.For this flame-retarded engineering plastics,a good comprehensive balance among processing,mechanical properties,flame retardancy,smoke generation,electric properties,and color could be realized. In comparison with GRPA66 flame-retarded by brominated polystyrene or red phosphorus,this new nonhalogen flame-retarded GRPA66 possesses advantages of performances,cost and environmental protection,and is suitable for injection of electronic-electric parts operating at high voltages.
