摘    要:对机械中常用的曲柄滑块机构的振动力和振动力矩的平衡问题进行了探讨。提出了一种新的附加平衡机构。通过对机构的运动学和动力学分析,给出了振动力平衡的条件。振动力完全平衡后机构的振动力矩,可通过调整附加机构中偏心齿轮的回转中心得到部分平衡。根据振动力矩的均方根值最小原则,确定了偏心齿轮的回转中心的具体位置。提出的机构增加质量较小,不需要额外增加移动副。可以在工程中简化使用。

Abstract:A discussion has been made on the problems of balance for shocking force and moment of the commonly used crank slider mechanism in machinery. A kind of novel attached balancing mechanism was put forward. By means of the kinematics and dynamics analysis on the mechanism, balancing conditions of shocking force was presented. The shocking moment after the complete balance of shocking force can get partial balance through the adjustment of eccentric gear in the attached mechanism. In accordance with the principle of mean square root value of shocking force to be a minimum, the concrete poshion of the rotary center of eccentric gear was determined. The added mass of the mechanism proposed in this paper is comparatively small and need not to increase translation pairs. This mechanism can be simplified for use in engineering practice.
