摘    要:采用分光光度法测定丝肽液中氨基酸总含量,确定以甘氨酸为标准品、茚三酮为显色剂的测定方法.最佳反应条件:反应pH值为5.4,缓冲液的用量为2.0 mL,显色剂的用量为1.0 mL,沸水浴加热15 min,冷却至室温后,在最大吸收波长573 nm处测定吸光度.该方法操作简便、结果准确,重现性良好,可用于化妆品产品的检验.

Abstract:The total amount of amino acid in silk peptide solution was analyzed by spectrometer.The measuring method was investigated,using glycine as the standard substance and ninhydrin as the chromogenic agent.The optimum conditions were proved as follows: buffer solution volume 2 mL with pH of 5.4,chromogenic agent volume 1 mL,heating time 15 minutes in boiling water bath,absorption wavelength at 573 nm after the sample solutions were cooled to the room temperature.It was shown that this method was a simple,accura...
