航空复杂件精铸蜡模数控成型新工艺

摘    要:提出采用多轴数控铣削加工工艺直接得到适合精度要求的航空复杂件的精密铸造用蜡模,克服了有模蜡模制造周期长、成本高及无模蜡模快速成型精度低的缺点,实现了航空复杂件精铸蜡模的无模快速精确成型,更好地满足了新机研制对于航空复杂件少量快速高精度的要求,对于航空工业的发展意义重大。

Abstract:The process of NC milling is introduced to gain the precision casting waxen mould for aero complex parts, overcoming the long periods and high cost of having-mould waxen mould, and also the low precision of rapid prototyping molding of without mould waxen mould, thus the precision casting waxen mould for aero complex parts can be formed rapidly and precisely. This process meets the requests of small batch, speedy and high precision of aero complex parts in new machine development, which is important to the development of aero-industry.
