| Abstract: | According to EPC management model characteristics,the problems existing in three critical elements of general contract process,i.e.design,purchasing and construction were analyzed,the corresponding improvement suggestions were proposed so as to train and enhance Chinese general contract enterprise kernel competitive force. |
