机车制动机通信系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对目前我国电力机车制动机普遍的落后现状,结合DK-1型电力机车制动机的改进,以微机检测与控制技术和网络通信技术为基础,提出了一种基于CAN总线的制动机通信系统的架构;并在此基础上描述了通信系统硬件接口电路的组成,详细分析了CAN总线同PC/104总线转换的技术难点以及解决办法,重点介绍了CAN总线应用层协议的具体制定以及通信软件的设计和实现;该系统经过现场实际运行,通信可靠性高,效果良好,具有很好的实用价值。

Abstract:Based on the research and development for type DK-1 modified electric-air brake,this paper develops a new type of communication system for air brake system of electric locomotive with modern microcomputer measurement and control technology.On these bases,the design of the system and hard-ware are explained,then introduces protocol to the application layer and communication software's design and realization in emphasis.The system has been applied to the electric locomotive and run very well.It is of high practical value.
