| 摘 要： | 利用热力学方法研究了天然气自热式催化转化反应 ,确定了以CH4 /H2 O/O2 为原料的情况下 ,自热反应进行的必要条件及计算方法 ,同时建立了燃烧区温度 (TB)的计算方法。将以上方法应用于制备合成甲醇用原料气的情况 ,所预测的产物组成与实验结果一致。

| Abstract: | By studying the autothermic catalytic reforming of natural gas based on thermodynamics,the necessary conditions and computing method of the autothermic reaction can be gained,and the computing method of the temperature of burning zone ( T B) in the reactor is set up.These methods are used to predict composition of the feed gas for methanol synthesis,which is in good agreement with the result of experiment. |
