摘    要:以AlTi5B中间合金和磷盐为复合变质剂,通过金相分析和差热分析等方法研究了变质处理和熔化-凝固热循环对Al-17%Si合金显微组织、储热性能的影响.结果表明;经过磷盐和AlTi5B复合变质处理后的合金,原粗大块状、条状的初晶硅明显减小且棱角钝化,较大针状的共晶硅变为颗粒状;在480~620℃随循环次数增加初晶硅颗粒由小变大,潜热值下降.
