并联型真空发电机断路器的电流转移过程

摘    要:目前越来越多的电厂已经认识到在发电机与升压变压器之间安装发电机断路器(generator circuit breaker,GCB)的重要性。由于具有安全、价格及体积等优势,真空型的发电机断路器是中小型电厂的首选。为提高开断能力和通流能力,提出了一种区别于传统并联断路器控制机制而采用两断口分步打开开断方式的新式并联双断口真空发电机断路器,它将电流转移到后打开的灭弧室,利用相控方法进行开断。通过对3种故障电流下的电流转移过程分析,推导出3种故障情况下的电流转移过程变化公式,并对100kA周期电流下进行仿真分析,得到实现电流转移的根本原因。通过样机实验和理论计算对比,忽略电弧电阻是计算产生误差的主要原因。
