退火处理对冷拉珠光体钢丝组织及性能的影响

摘    要:研究了退火处理对冷拉70钢丝组织及性能的影响.结果表明:低温退火时,冷拉钢丝的组织未发生大的变化,组织更加均匀化,渗碳体溶解量增多;当退火温度升高时,渗碳体以颗粒状析出并随退火温度的升高而逐渐长大,铁素体基体晶粒也随退火温度的升高而长大;冷拉70钢的抗拉强度及显微硬度,随退火温度的升高先提高后降低,当退火温度为200℃时达到最大值.同时初步探讨了退火处理对冷拉钢丝组织及性能影响的机理.

Abstract:Effect of anneal treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cold drawn 0.7%C steel wires was studied in this paper.The result shows that the microstructure of cold drawing steel wire changes little after being annealed at low temperature and becomes more homogeneous,the dissolution amount of cementite increases as well.When the annealing temperature rises,cementite precipitate as particles,and the grain size grows up with the rise of the annealing temperature,as well as the grain size of f...
