| 摘 要： | 对精密滚子的结构工艺、精度要求进行了分析，对制件的成形工艺，多工位级进自动模中的拉深模，整形模，冲孔模，挤光模，翻转机构，顶出机构，自动送料机构的设计、结构、工作过程作了阐述。试制的精密滚子一次试模成功，质量良好，已投入生产使用。

| Abstract: | The structural technology and required precision of precise roller were analyzed. The forming technology of the products and the design,structure and working process of stretching die,sizing die,punching die,bruning die,turnover mechanism,liftout mechanism and automatic feeding mechanism of automatic multistage progressive die were elaborated. The pilot precise rollers were successful with good quality under one test of the die. The die has already been put into use. |
