| Abstract: | The concept,characteristic and classification of convenience food were reviewed in the past,the present and the future of some main of convenience foods in China,such as instant noodle,frozen food,main meal replace,leisure food,microwave-cooked food,the development tendency of convenient food in the new century are also discussed. |
