摘    要:介绍了方便食品的概念、特点和分类,对我国几种主要方便食品———方便面、冷冻食品、方便主食、休闲食品、微波食品的发展历史与现状和发展前景进行了阐述,并就新世纪方便食品的发展作了预测。

Abstract:The concept,characteristic and classification of convenience food were reviewed in the past,the present and the future of some main of convenience foods in China,such as instant noodle,frozen food,main meal replace,leisure food,microwave-cooked food,the development tendency of convenient food in the new century are also discussed.
