卫星承力筒的结构特点与应用分析

摘    要:承力筒是卫星结构的关键部件,直接影响着卫星总体的力学性能。首先简要介绍了承力筒式卫星结构的优点;随后从承力筒材料与工艺的角度出发,介绍了不同类型的承力筒在卫星结构上的应用情况与特点;详细阐述了风云三号卫星承力筒的设计、分析与试验过程,对承力筒的材料、面板铺层等参数分别进行了优化,在通过整星的模态、振动等试验验证后得到了成功的应用。最后,给出了承力筒研究的重要意义和今后的发展方向。

Abstract:The supporting cylinder is a key part of satellite structure. It directly influences satellite total dynamic capability. Firstly, this paper introduces the advantages of satellite cylinder. Secondly, it comprehensively describes the applications and mechanical characteristics of different types of cylinder for satellite structure. Thirdly, we optimize the cylinder configuration, such as its material, panel layer and so on. After the prototype and vibration test, the cylinder is employed for some satellite successfully. Finally, this paper points out the important meaning and development frend for the satellite cylinder.
