超稳Y沸石热稳定性的研究

摘    要:本文结合工业应用的需要,采用DTA对Y沸石及超稳Y沸石FSEY、USY、HSY、ReY和SRNY水热处理前后的热稳定性进行了系统考察。结果表明,各类超稳Y沸石的热稳定性都比Y沸石高;水热处理前各种超稳Y沸石热稳定性彼此相差较大,但经水热处理后其差距变小并且晶格破坏温度都有所降低。XRD、FT-IR和 ̄(29)Si、 ̄(27)AlMASNMR测试结果表明,水热处理过程中产生的非骨架铝可能是造成这种热稳定性变差的原因。

Abstract:It has been show that all ultrastable Y zeolites,especially FSEY and HSY,have betterthermal stability than NH_4Y zeolite. However,after steam treatment, the thermal stabilityof all ultrastable Y zeolites,especially FSEY and HSY,decreased, and it seemed that,from IR, ̄(27)Al MAS NMR, ̄(29)Si MAS NMR and XRD results,the nonframework aluminumformed during the steam treatment was the cause of the decrease. As a result of the de-crease,the difference among the ultrastable Y zeolites after hydrothermal treatment be-came much smaller than that prior to hydrothermal treatment, but the thermal stability ofFSEY and HSY is still slightly better than that of USY,ReY and SRNY.
