| 摘 要： | 针对某墙体材料公司实际生产中存在的煤矸石塑性指数小、发热量低,需要加入大量的页岩、配煤或高发热量煤矸石以调整可塑性和补充热量等问题,对该公司烧结煤矸石空心砖的原料进行了研究。通过对煤矸石、页岩的物质组成、可塑性及性能、煤矸石页岩混合料的性质等方面的分析,提出了在原料准备阶段增加均化处理、降低混合料的粒度、掺入强可塑性粘土或其他塑化剂以提高混合料的塑性指数的技术改进方案。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of raw materials of hollow bricks made by coal gangue,which include the composition,plasticity and some other important properties of coal gangue,shale and their commixtures,are researched in this paper. It was shown that the degree of uniformity of the raw materials used in preparation of hollow bricks is not desirable,its granularity is bigger and the plasticity is relatively lower.
