| 摘 要： | 城市文化可分为物质文化、制度文化、精神文化三个层次，各有其主要的构成元素。城市文化各元素间相互影响，结成三角形的结构模式。城市的不同建设时期中，不同层次的文化占据主导地位，和谐城市的建设需要三个层次文化的良好互动。

| Abstract: | City Culture can be divided into three levels： material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture. Each one has different component elements of itself. These elements interplay and build a triangular structure pattern. In different time of city construction, culture in different level takes the leading position. Construction of harmonious city needs better interaction among the culture in three levels. |
