制造企业物流多智能体建模及其应用

摘    要:通过对企业生产物流系统的研究,利用多智能体技术对企业生产物流进行建模.该多Agent模型有两个层面的模型:(1)车间作业层面的生产物流多Agent模型,此模型包涵加工Agent、搬运Agent、零部件Agent等7个子Agent;(2)控制层面的多Agent模型,此模型包涵了管理Agent、计划Agent、决策Agent等9个子Agent.同时详细地介绍了各个子Agent的各自功能,各个子Agent按生产要求进行统一规划和协调,形成一个统一的整体.并以一个4工件4机器的柔性JSP调度为例,比较了故障前后各台机器的利用率所发生的变化,以此说明该模型是可行的,有效的,多Agent非常适合制造企业物流建模.

Abstract:By investigation to the enterprise production logistics system,the model is established based on the multi-agent.This multi-agent model has two levels:(1) the multi-agent model of enterprise production logistics of the workshop level,which has seven agents including process agent,carry agent,part agent,etc.;(2) the multi-agent model of control level which has nine agents including management agent,plan agent,decision agent,etc.The functions of every subagent have been introduced,which are contacting with each other.Taking the JSP with four work pieces and four machines as an example,it proves that the model is useful,and efficient.The multi-agent fits manufacturing enterprise logistics well for modeling.
