全塑电缆馈线保护时间配合的分析与建议

摘    要:380 V 厂用电采用全塑电缆供电,接地电流经固定电缆支架,用具有铁磁材料性质的生根扁铁组成回路,电流衰减快,从而使串级供电回路各断路器之间的保护时间配合不协调,造成部分母线段停电。为解决此问题,建议改选保护装置,配用可广范围调整的时间继电器,以便灵活调整各断路器之间的保护时间配合。

Abstract:The full-plastic shielded cable for power supply is used for 380 V auxiliary power consumption, while the grounding current through fixed cable tray consists of the loop with the pig flat iron with ironic magnetic nature. This kind of current is quickly attenuated, which causes that protection time match among the circuit breakers of serial power supply circuit is not concerted and some bus section is out of power. To solve this problem it is recommended to correct the selection of the protection device, which would be the time relay with wide adjustable range in order to flexibly regulate the protection time match among all circuit breakers.
