超细颗粒增强铝基复合材料钻削性能研究

摘    要:文中通过超细颗粒增强铝基复合材料钻孔试验,找出了钻削用量等因素对钻削力的影响规律,并用轴向力与扭矩的比值来表示铝基复合材料的钻削特性;基于钻削力考虑,高速钢钻头完全可以满足超细颗粒(≤0.5μm)增强铝基复合材料的钻孔要求。

Abstract:Ex periment conclusions of drilling super-fine particle reinforced Al matrix com posites are presented,induces regularity of drilling force which is influenced by many factors,such as drill parameters.The ratio of longitudinal force to dr illing torque is adopted to describe drill property of this material.As far as drilling force is considered,high speed steel bit is enough to drill these mat erial.
