两种晶闸管触发电路

摘    要:设计了单、双向晶闸管触发电路。实用结果表明,采用国产的集成过零检测器KJ008,附加简单的外围电路,可方便地实现双向晶闸管的电压过零触发和电流过零触发。单向晶闸管的电压过零触发可利用简单的晶体管电路。利用交流电源的同步隔离信号及LM 311组成的过零检测电路可完成单、双向晶闸管的公用触发及微机群控。

Abstract:The reliable trigger circuits of thyristor were designed and the principle drawing was given in details. The experimental results showed that the TRIAC's trigger of zero voltage or zero electric current can be conveniently realized by using the integrated checking cell (KJ008) of zero voltage, zero electric current and supplemental peripheral components. The zero voltage trigger for thyristor can be realized with simple transistor circuit. Also, equiped with checking circuit of zero voltage composed of separating synchronous AC power source and LM311, both the public trigger of SCR/TRIAC and the microcomputer group control can be achieved.
