柔顺机构柔顺关节的动应力分析

摘    要:以伪刚体动力学模型为基础,对一个平面柔顺导向四杆机构柔顺关节处的动应力进行了详细的分析,并针对柔顺机构运动特点研究了柔顺杆的运动效果对动应力的影响,给出了数值算例,验证了结论的正确性。

Abstract:Taking the dynamics model of false rigid-body as a foundation, a detailed analysis was carried out on the dynamic stress at the place of meek joint of four-bar linkage with a planar meek guidance. And aimed at the characteristics of movement of meek mechanism, the influence of dynamic stress affect by movement effect of meek rod was studied. Numerical calculation example was presented; the correctness of the conclusion was verified.
