自交联硅丙乳液聚合稳定性的研究

摘    要:研究了以反应性乳化剂制备高硅含量自交联硅丙乳液的聚合工艺,结果表明:以反应性乳化剂代替普通乳化剂,采用后交联技术结合种子乳液法,分步控温,并加入丙二醇作为水解抑制剂,可以显著提高自交联硅丙乳液的聚合稳定性,获得高硅含量的自交联硅丙乳液。

Abstract:Polymerization technology of self-crosslinked silicone-acrylate emulsion with high-organosilicone content pre-pared by reactive emulsifier was studied. Testing results showed that polymerization stability of self-crosslinked silicone-acrylate emulsion could be greatly improved and self-crosslinked silicone-acrylate emulsion with high organosiliconecontent could be prepared using reactive emulsifier in stead of ordinary emulsifier, by way of post-crosslinking technologycombined with seed emulsion polymerization, controlling temperature by steps and adding propylene glycol as hydrolyticdecomposition restrainer.
