2000年煤炭经济运行评析

2000年，在国家扩大内需等一系列政策作用和煤炭企业的努力下，我国煤炭产业经济出现重要转机。煤炭市场需求增加，煤炭价格趋稳，大中型煤炭企业市场份额增加而亏损减少。但是由于历史原因和管理体制原因，煤炭经济总体上仍然处于低位运行状态。市场竞争秩序没有根本好转，大中型煤炭企业亏损多，煤款拖欠严重。预计 2001年我国煤炭经济将继续朝着好的方向转变。

Review of 2000 Coal Economy Operation in China

China’ s coal economy operation showed an important turn for the better in the year 2000 due to a series of policies taken to increase the domestic demand and effort made by coal enterprises. The market demand for coal has increased and coal price was stable. The market share of large and medium-sized coal enterprises was increased while their loss has decreased. But because of some historical and managerial problems, the coal economy operation was still at the bottom of its curve. The competitive order has not yet got onto the right track. The loss of large and medium-sized coal enterprises was still large. Much money for selling coal is still in debt. It is estimated that China's coal economy operation in the year 2001 will surely be better than in the previous year.
