模糊控制在跳汰选矿中的应用

摘    要:针对目前跳汰机运行过程中风量与水量的比值控制存在的主要问题,提出模糊控制与PID控制相结合的方案,介绍了跳汰过程与模糊控制的基本原理,并结合实际提出了风量与水量的比值设定值的控制算法和控制规则。

Abstract:This paper introduced the fundamental principle of jig operation and fuzzy control according to the combination scheme of the fuzzy control and PID control to the main questions that the ratio control between air quantity and water volume during the jigger operation,and this paper also present the control arithmetic and control rule of the ratio set value between air quantity and water volume based on the reality.
