| 摘 要： | 在简要叙述了现阶段高层建筑消防的主要存在问题及其消防装置缺点的基础上，提出一种新的高层建筑消防救援方法及其装置设计方案，即利用基于电磁发射技术的抛射装置，将消防救援装备以较低的速度由高层建筑的窗口发射到其内部供给消防队员和被困人员开展灭火救生行动。详细叙述了抛射器的结构原理和缓降救生装置的结构方案。
