内陆核电水源供水保证率选取

摘    要:通过对相关规范条文的分析,认为内陆核电供水保证率选取时应考虑的因素有:核电厂的特点、重要性;当地水资源状况;水源工程条件和各有关方面的意见。据此,系统地设计了供水保证率选取的方法,提出将供水保证率选取纳入核电厂水资源论证范畴,通过寿命周期成本评价来选取供水保证率。文中还初步分析了水源工程寿命周期成本的组成,提出了核电厂运行期每年供水不能保证导致的期望损失计算方法;基于内陆核电重要性等级的分析、供水不能保证时核电厂经济损失的估算,提出内陆核电厂供水保证率宜高于火电厂和城市的供水保证率。最后,给出了不同水资源和水源工程条件下,供水保证率选取范围的建议值。
