| 摘 要： | 逆止器的作用是阻止带式输送机非正常反转,以防发生重大事故。应用Pro/E软件建立NF型逆止器的三维实体模型,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS模拟寿命试验的加载方式,分析被测逆止器的受力情况。为加载检测方法的设计与改进提供参考。

| Abstract: | The backstop hinderes the belt conveyer from non-normal reverse in order to prevent the occurrence of heavy accident.The 3D solid model of the NF backstop is established by software Pro/E.The loading process on life test and the FEA（Finite Element Analysis） of the backstop are carried out by means of software ANSYS.The study provides a reference for the design and improvement of the loading test method. |
