摘    要:介绍了德国的强侧风Nowcasting预警系统、日本的强侧风WINDAS实时列车控制系统及我国正在开发的车载侧风安全预警和控制系统,并对3个系统进行了比较,认为在我国高速列车上安装侧风安全预警和控制系统会使列车在强侧风情况下的安全性和经济性得到很好的平衡。

Abstract:This paper introduces three strong side-wind warning systems:NOWCASTING warning system developed by German,WINDAS strong side-wind real-time control (system) developed by Japan,and Side-wind Safety Warning and Control System being developed by China.By comparing these three systems,it is concluded that China's system can protect the high-speed train from the risk of strong side-wind and achieve a good balance between safety and economic (result).
